Macildowie HR are working with an outstanding brand and employer of choice across the East Midlands to recruit an HR professional for a Employee Relations & Change Partner commutable from Nottingham, Leicestershire, Peterborough and North Northmaptonshire. We are looking for a HR professional with excellent experience in employee relations and change experieence either in a similar role or a generalist HR role.

We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to hit the ground running. The role Employee Relations & Change Partner role is paying £45,000 - £62,000 (dependant on experience) + 12% bonus + 9% pension and excellent benefits.

The Role
Reporting into a highly experienced and passionate Employee Relations and Change Lead and working alongside a team of ER & Change Partner's (N,S,E,W) you will support and partner line managers and stakeholder's by providing high level advice and guidance to ensure all risk to the business is understood and mitigated with regards to people management, policy and decision making.

We are looking for someone who can promote a positive Employee Relations and Change environment through developing and coaching your key stakeholder's in delivering a legally compliant and consistent best practice approach. With 30% travel you can be based at their head office in the Leicestershire and working out at sites or at home, managing your own diary.

You will be the first point of contact and act as a coach leading on a full range of complex HR activities including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, TUPE, restructures and organisational design using MI and your knowledge to minimise risk present best options for the business. You'll work collaboratively with the HR Business Partner ensuring communications across the centres of excellence,

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in an ER and Change Management role within a fast paced customer centric organisation with a passion for these areas and keen to continue to develop within this area or even into HR Business Partnering roles down the line. It would be great if you have first-hand experience of supporting large scale organisational change along with experience of managing Early Conciliations claims, judicial mediation and drafting Grounds of Resistance to employment tribunal claims although this is not essential.

You will have excellent communication skills in order to build strong working relationships with key stakeholder's in order to challenge and influence in the right way.
