If this year has proved anything, it is that the NHS is our national treasure and now more than ever it needs additional support.
Macildowie HR and the NHS team are fortunate enough to be working in partnership with the NHS to help recruit for an ER Advisor to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract, paying £35,000p.a. - £37,000p.a.
This role needs someone who is not only completely au-fair with current employment law, but who has a flair for terms and conditions and has worked within the NHS before in one way shape or form.
Based out of Bedford, Norwich and Chelmsford and reporting to the HR Manager you will be expected to build strong relationships with the key stakeholders including the Head of HR, Occupational Health, Trust Management and the Unions.
Your day to day duties will include giving sound advice on any changes to T&Cs, ER cases (you will assist with the initial hearings), implementation of HR policies and any additional queries.
As I am sure you understand having worked with policies and terms and conditions for at least 2 years they can be tricky to understand, it would be within your duties to assist employees with interpretation of such information.
You will also be expected to assist on any additional projects as and when needed, including organisation development, performance management and recruitment.
As I am sure you can tell this role requires the utmost discretion and proven experience handling very sensitive data is mandatory, especially board reports and case documents.
If this sounds right up your street and you have worked within the NHS before then please do apply, we will be shortlisting for this role at the beginning of next week
