I am looking to recruit a ER & HR Services Lead for a leading retail organisation, with global presence across multiple countries. The successful person for this role will be welcomed into a well established, and commercially strong business, who have been built on robust values that include honesty, improvement, recognition and success.
Reporting to the HR Shared Service Manager, with direct management responsibility of a team of up to 10.
The ER & HR Services Lead will be responsible for the delivery of all HR services via the HR contact centre capability. They will establish LEAN 6 Sigma principles to all HR processes and ensure the effective achievement of HR Service SLA's and KPIs. As the lead of the HR service delivery they will ensure the effective deployment of the service through various technology streams, creating cohesion with customer services and an almost 24/7 HR service offering.
They will be the key contact to all business areas on HR policy and delivering expert ER advice. The ER & HR Services Lead will facilitate a strong service culture by guiding and coaching management on HR processes. Mentoring ER Advisors and HR Administrators will encompass a third of the ER & HR Service Lead's time.
The successful candidate for this role will demonstrate a natural disposition towards 'big picture' thinking. They will be confident in their ability to challenge and demonstrate innovative ideas for process improvement. Excellent communication skills and a natural flair for coaching are core attributes needed for this role.
