Employee Relations Specialist - Northampton - up to £50,000
Macildowie are delighted to be working with an industry leading business, known for excellence and success in its field, on the recruitment of an Employee Relations Specialist. The role will be recruited on a permanent basis reporting into the HR Manager, paying up to £50,000.
The ER Specialist will join the HR team and will be tasked with making some significant advances with the state of employee and contribute to continued levels of engagement.
The postholder will manage a multitude of relationships with HR and non-HR colleagues to ensure that all people matters are managed efficiently and effectively. This will not only require the ER Specialist to take the lead on any complex employee relations matters but will also need a high level of coaching and training to be carried out. The ER Specialist will ensure that all employees are dealt with respectfully and drive behaviours conducive to high levels of employee engagement.
This role will be integral to any significant business change such as TUPE, organisational change or changes to terms but will focus primarily on employee relations matters such as performance, absence, succession planning and training success. The postholder will be expected to produce MI and insights to showcase improvements or problem focus areas to the business.
You'll be a Senior HR Advisor, ER Business Partner or ER Manager that is immediately available. You will be comfortable working at pace, navigating a fast moving business and working with senior stakeholders. CIPD qualifications are exepcted while experience in manufacturing or engineering and working in businesses with high service level expectations would be advantageous.
