Job Description

My client is vibrant events agency, based in a fantastic location in Bedfordshire. You will be coordinating small and large scale events for well known businesses, providing a bespoke, first class service to clients. You must be a confident communicator, highly organised with solid administration skills and be able to prioritise a busy workload. This role would suit anyone looking to step into the exciting world of events, or someone who is looking for a new challenge within a thriving small business.

Key duties:

Managing booking enquiries

Supporting logistics with stands/equipment/shipping

Processing sales orders

Booking events staff, preparing briefs

Administration - creating reports/post event evaluations
