Job Description
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organise and schedule meetings
Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required
Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings
Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and lodgings for senior management and other staff members
Manage the diaries and schedules of senior management
Communicate with Board Members, schedule Board Meetings, and arrange meeting agendas
Liaise with clients and business guests
Organise media appearances and events
Solve simple IT problems and contact the IT department when necessary
Support division finance with weekly and monthly reports distribution and Power BI
Coordination of all division level requests for training, data, reporting
Support the Division in organisation, review and on time completion of annual processes
Maintain electronic filing system, ensuring processes and software are up to date and in working order
Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments, including IT, sales, and PR
Liaise with other staff members on behalf of senior management
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
You must be well organised, have proven experience as a EA assisting senior management (minimum of 5 years experience), be confident on all Microsoft including excel and powerpoint, be forward thinking, have excellent organisational skills, experience of arranging international travel , have the ability to multi task and be able to turn your hand to anything.
It would be desirable that you have Power BI experience but this is not essential
You must be numbers and data driven for the role
