Executive Assistant / £33,000 / Leamington Spa / Full Time- Permanent
We have an exciting new Executive Assistant opportunity, for someone who is keen to develop their skills, and start a new exciting career within the Education sector.
The purpose of the role is to provide exceptional, professional, comprehensive and strategic executive support to the CEO to ensure delivery of the establishments objectives.
You will be working Full Time hours, Monday to Friday, based in Leamington Spa.
You will be required to effectively manage the day-to-day operation of the Executive Office. Managing a demanding Executive Office requires skill, flexibility and discretion, specifically when handling information which is sensitive and confidential. You will provide an essential role in the communication between the CEO and internal stakeholders and effectively manage and maintain key external stakeholder relationships on a local, regional and national level.
Key responsibilities:
- Efficiently and effectively manage the day-to-day operation of the Executive Office, including line management of a Personal Assistant to Members of the Senior Leadership
- Maintain a professional relationship with key external stakeholders, including Ministers, MP's, Local Authorities, Funding Agencies and the wider political landscape on a local, regional and national basis, demonstrating an ability to adapt and respond appropriately
- Support the CEO in a wide range of settings internal and external to the establishment
- Proactively manage the CEO's electronic calendar, mailbox and Diary
- Develop an awareness of the external operating environment and maintain an external perspective in support of the CEO
- Ensure effective management of the Executive Office Budget and proactively seek opportunities to reduce
- Facilitate staff engagement and culture change by supporting the CEO with the production of key messages to staff.
You will need:
- To be computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office and Google systems
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Exceptional attention to detail and capability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written & Verbal communications skills with the ability to keep confidentiality at all times
- Good time management skills
- Excellent attendance record and possess a polite manner
You will receive:
- A competitive salary of £33,600 - £35,000
- 25 days holidays, extending to 28 days after 5 year's of service plus Bank Holidays
