My client is a leading employer brand in Leicester who have experienced excellent growth over the past 5-10 years. Due to an internal promotion they are now looking to add to their finance team.
This role will suit an individual who is CIMA/ACCA/ACA Finalist/Qualified Level with previous commercial finance experience. Your CV will demonstrate clear achievements and the ability to operate above and beyond the month end churn.

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take a lead role in cost reporting anad analysis working with key operational stakeholders throughout the business.
Analysis of KPI reports including profitability providing investigation and commentary on variance to plan for a range of senior Directors.
Analysis of monthly management accounts pack.
Management and development of stakeholder relationships cross-functionally.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
You will be CIMA/ACCA/ACA Finalist/Qualified with excellent systems skills and the ability to provide robust challenge to stakeholders from a wide range of backgrounds.
You will thrive upon challenge and enjoy working closely with Director level stakeholders.
