Finance Analyst - £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + Benefits
We are currently recruiting a Finance Analyst for a Leading PLC based in South Leicestershire.
For this role, you should hold a degree / AAT qualification / PQ ACCA/CIMA and Relevant Financial experience is essential. A good knowledge of Excel is essential for this position Even better if you can use SQL.
Ultimately, you will ensure the FP&A team assist the business in driving profitable growth whilst working closely with the financial controller, being hands on at month end and contributing towards the management accounts.
Supporting the finance business partner with extraction and presentation of data for Ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
Support in the Annual Budgeting and forecasting process.
Production of weekly reporting, understanding the current market drivers.
Maintain a strong working relationship with the sales and marketing team.
Assist in the preparation of monthly board reports.
Highlight trends in the market to help drive performance.
You will need to have/be:
Proven work experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role
Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software
Ability to communicate to non-financial stakeholders
Expertise in MS Excel (Pivots, lookups, sumifs, formulas, etc.)
Experience of working in a Finance function supporting commercial teams with Sales and Margin performance would be advantageous.
