My client, based in Nottingham City Centre is seeking an all-rounder finance assistant to provide a range of support to the team. Reporting to the finance manager, you will be responsible for sales and purchase ledger processing and reconciliations, as well as some reporting.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Purchase ledger administration
Invoice and float payments
Invoice processing and payments
Sales ledger administration
Assist with reporting and analysis
Collating information to produce P & L reports for individual projects
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Experience in a similar role is essential
High level of attention to detail
Great communication skills
Comfortable with using Excel
