Purchase Ledger Clerk
Macildowie are partnering with a leading business based in Milton Keynes who are looking to add to their finance team with an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk.
Our client are going through a period of growth in the finance team which gives this Purchase Ledger Clerk a great opportunity to join the business during this exciting time.
Roles & responsibilities for the Purchase Ledger Clerk:
- Accounts payable and receivable functions
- Manage the day to day operation of the Accounts Payable function
- Assisting with the AP payment runs
- Ensure all invoices and AP journals are posted to meet monthly reporting deadlines
- Management of account set up
- Reconciliation of supplier statements - Ledgers and Bank statements
- Other ad-hoc duties when required
