THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively chase any overdue balances and resolving any outstanding queries.
Ensure all required Sales Ledger invoicing is completed in a timely manner
Ensure all store banking transactions are fully reconciled and any discrepancies investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
Reduction in level and value of aged debt
Production of all monthly Sales Ledger reports including balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with deadlines
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
An aptitude for attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
Quality and Results Focus
Organisation and time management skills
P.C literacy to include MS Office
SAP knowledge would be advantageous, but is not essential!
Intermediate Excel skills
