Macildowie are delighted to be working with one of Leicestershire's leading businesses to recruit a Finance Manager. The role is based at the firm's European head office which is commutable from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
This role will suit a strong people manager who enjoys mentoring, coaching and developing a team on a journey to high performance. You will be joining a well established team with a great history of succession planning and internal promotions.
Responsible for the day to day line management and development of a team of 5.
Cost analysis and reporting.
Preparation of monthly accounts forecasts and budgets.
Leading the team to deliver high quality and accurate Management Information upon which key business decisions will be made.
Continuous improvement of processes and projects in line with wider business initiatives
Preparation and presentation of key performance statistics to senior level stakeholders.
To be considered for this role you must be ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified with a proven track record of staff management within a large complex organisation.
Advanced level Excel skills are essential.
The role offers a salary range of £40,000 to £45,000 plus car allowance and big company benefits
