Macildowie Finance is proud to be supporting a local SME with the recruitment of their new Finance Manager. My client are a growing technology business in a city central location. The position is paying £35-42k.
The role will see you take a number one in finance position reporting into the Managing Director and reporting over 4 sites.
You will ideally be a qualified individual with experience in an SME environment and tenure in managing small teams. Some HR experience is desirable but not essential. You will be giving commercial guidance to divisional management and be expected to keep business operation on an 'even keel'.
The role would suit someone who is not necessarily an 'up and comer' but somebody who can be a safe pair of hands with experience in a similar environment.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Full production of Management Accounts with Commentary
- Business Partnering with Operational Managers
- Management of Finance team and wider office
- Some HR involvement including Payroll
