Our client is a real success story. As the number 1 Finance person on site, reporting to the Company Auditors and the wider Operational management team on site they are recruiting this new role. This is a key role in the broader management of the finance team and the commercial requirements of the business. Key responsibilities will include:
Preparation of management accounts including all associated commercial reporting, activity and analysis
Cost reporting, Budgeting and forecasting and Cash Flow
Presenting management information and working closely with the senior management team across the business
The ability to understand and produce manual accounts is essential, including journals, accruals and Prepayments
Management of a transactional Finance team
The client is ideally looking for a Qualified/latter stage studier or someone who is QBE and demonstrates all the skills, experience and attributes required of a Management Accountant/Finance Manager in an SME environment. You will be extremely confident, pro-active and have solid exposure to preparing management accounts gained within an owner managed environment, with advanced Excel skills. Ideally ACCA or CIMA Qualified, but not essential. This is a permanent role.
