This is a newly created Finance Manager position within a large Milton Keynes based financial services organisation.
Reporting in to the divisional Finance Director and managing a team of six you will be responsible for the financial planning and reporting process, manage the financial close process with appropriate control, review all balance sheet reconciliation, be responsible for the review and reporting of the cost base, both central and operational, providing insight and analysis to drive efficiencies and improvements. You will also be jointly responsible for the delivery of the half year and full year audits and managing the regulatory processes for capital and liquidity requirements, including ICAAP, ILAAP & Stress testing.
Succession planning with in the organisation is held in high regard so having experience of developing individuals within a team is vital. Strong business partnering skills are essentials as you will also have to manage numerous internal stakeholder relationships.
