Macildowie Finance are currently supporting a fantastic, leading Leicester-based manufacturing business to recruit for a Management Accountant to join their brilliant finance team.

You will be responsible for the daily and weekly financial reporting and analysis, supporting with forecasting and delivering performance reporting, and participating in key decisions within operations.
Some of the responsibilities include:

• Ensuring month end reporting deadlines are met and completed accurately
• Managing site costs and ensuring all costs are correctly reported
• Providing base information for forecasting and supporting the forecasting process
• Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA and actively studying
• Ability to work, pick up new responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Communication skills to all levels

The following experiences are ideal and desired but not essential:

• Experience working with costing
• Manufacturing accounting experience
• Experience in labour recovery
