Job Description

Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: North Leicester

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Our client, a rapidly growing business with an annual turnover of circa £50million, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to oversee their finance function. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the company's financial management and contribute to its continued growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.


Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small finance team, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional development.


Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.


Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and trends.


Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing effective control measures and compliance with relevant regulations.


Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, monitor working capital, and optimise financial resources to ensure the company's financial stability.


Audit and Compliance: Coordinate annual financial audits and maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.


Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.


Qualifications:


ACC/CIMA/ACA Fully qualified, part qualified or QBE.


Proven experience in a similar finance role.


Strong leadership and team management skills.


Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.


Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
