Macildowie are currently seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk for an excellent opportunity in Burton-on-Trent. This position is Permanent and involves playing a crucial role in maintaining the Purchase Ledger to the highest standards.

Burton-on-Trent

£25k - £28k annually based on experience

Hybrid - Full time

Responsibilities:

• Matching invoices to GRNs & PO's
• Obtaining correct authorisation of purchase invoices
• Posting invoices and cash transactions
• Planning and processing payment requests
• Supplier statement reconciliation
• Resolving queries on invoices
• Leading Purchase Ledger month-end process
• Owning the expenses process and processing

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with relevant accounting software
