Credit Control Administrator/ Syston / Temporary / Salary Up To £14ph

Macildowie are pleased to be partnered with this longstanding client who are on the lookout for an experienced and determined Credit Control Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to assist clearing backlogs before year end.

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Credit Control Administration

• Reconciliation of Customers accounts and allocation
• Liaising with Customers over the phone & email to obtain remittance advises
• Liaising with Customers to obtain Purchase Orders where required & helping to obtain POs for the coming financial year
• Assist with customer data capture and cleansing
• Assist with minor write offs

Accounts Payable processing;

• Requesting and processing historical supplier invoices in the correct group company using SAGE 50
• Ensuring accurate ledger coding of invoices
• Matching of invoices and historical DD payments and payments on account to clear down ledger balances
• Ensuring regular supplier statement reconciliations are performed

Other associated finance responsibilities:

• Assist with Bank reconciliations
• Assist with clearing emails

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

Essential:

• A minimum of 1 years' experience within a credit control or Accounts environment.
• IT literate
• Confident Telephone manner

Desirable:

• Experience with accounting software such as Sage or SAP
