We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Finance Business Partner. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the financial performance and strategic decision-making process of the business. You will collaborate closely with various departments across the organisation, providing financial insights, analysis, and support to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business to provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and track performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunity.
  • Anally sales and profitability data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide financial support for commercial initiatives, including pricing strategies, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Prepare insightful financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function, leveraging technology and best practices.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA part qualified.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is desirable.
