Job Title: Finance Administrator

Location: Northampton

Salary: Up to £23,500 - Dependent on experience - Graduates encouraged to apply

Type: Permanent - Hybrid working hours available - Up to 2 Days a week from home

Working Hours: 37.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday - Very Flexible Working Hours in terms of start time and finish time - 1 hour lunch

You would work closely with the finance manager and would also have the support from an experienced accounts assistant in the team.

Job Description:

As a finance administrator, your primary responsibility will be to provide essential support to the Finance team, where initially you will focus on supporting with sales ledger responsibilities. This has the opportunity to progress into a more varied role with exposure to month end responsibilities and more.

Key Technical Skills and Experience:

  • Ideally someone with an understanding of the Sales Ledger process
  • If you are working towards your level 2/3 AAT that would be beneficial
  • Any experience with xero systems is advantageous but not essential
