FTC Financial Accountant Role
This position plays a pivotal role in the business, covering a member of staff who has gone on maternity leave; my client is looking for an experienced individual with enthusiasm to cover this important time.
The client is a £50m turnover company in the Manufacturing industry based in Nottinghamshire. They are seeking a candidate who can add value by delivering quality financial information and effective communication.
This job is offering circa £130.
From the outset the Financial Accountant will be expected to be a team player working closely with the finance team to provide support and coverage. The core responsibilities are:
- Apply accounting and Transactional knowledge.
- Fixed assets
- Cost Controls
- Budget and Forecasting
- Other ad hoc responsibilities
As part of the team you will be exposed to a variety of transactional functions and will perform a high level analysis work.
- Part-qualified in ACCA/ACA/CIMA would be desirable
- Strong experience budgeting and forecasting
- Strong Excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables
