The Findocs Manager is an integral role within the finance function.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role is a diverse and varied position which will require a systems expert to be successful. Your Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the day to day running and management of the Accounts Payable department.
- Maintaining the integrity of the Findocs System.
- Training end users on Findocs
- Internal site audits to improve system efficiency
- Recommend system Improvements.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
You will need extensive working experience of Accounts Payable and it would be advantageous if you have Findocs experience.
Applications will be considered from candidates who have worked on system implementations and acted as the first point of contact for system queries.
You may also have a background in system training for internal customers.
