We're now looking for our next group of graduates to join the training scheme and help secure the future growth of the business. We have offices in Nottingham, Leicester and Milton Keynes and recruit in 6 core disciplines. If you've never considered a career in recruitment or don't necessarily know what it entails, don't worry too much. We just want people with a great work ethic who are hungry to develop and have good interpersonal skills. We'll give you the rest in training!
What we'll offer you:
3 Months training - We're not going to throw you in at the deep end, we'll give you 3 months training for the market that best suits your personality, with regular support and coaching. Take a look at our website to learn more about our disciplines.
Defined market and candidate pool - You'll be responsible for your own customers in your own specialism when you're up and running meaning the opportunity to build relationships to last through your career.

What we need from you in return:
Hard work - Don't just say you work hard, we want people who love hard work! Recruitment is challenging, it's long hours and it's very up and down. Someone who can role with the punches and keep coming back with a smile on their face is key.
Passion - We're very fortunate to work with some of the best companies in the area and find the best candidates - we're not cut throat sales people so you really need to LOVE the businesses you represent and buy into them.
Commerciality - You have to be able to spot an opportunity and run with it. In a growing business, we all have loads to get through so being able to create your own opportunities will set you up for success.
Experience - You don't need recruitment experience but you have to be great with people and have shown real drive in what you've done in the past. People from a sales or a sports background have a good track record but if you're really driven to succeed, we still want to hear from you.
Degree - We're pretty open if you're on track for a 1st, a 2:1, a 2:2 or doing your masters. The really important thing we want to see on the CV is something that makes you stand out. PLEASE don't put that you like socialising and going to the cinemaâ€¦ We want to hear about your interests, goals, biggest achievements, sports teams you've been part of, charity work etc!
