Macildowie are assisting a Warwickshire business during an exciting period of change who require a Group Financial Controller on an interim basis for 6-9mnths where you will be leading a finance team during this period.
As Interim Group Financial Controller, responsibilities will include:-
-Driving the timely and accurate production of all group reporting, management and financial accounting. Including the production of all Group Accounts to FRS 102 and other relevant principles.
-Consolidate financial results up to group level
-Managing/leading an existing finance team
-Budgeting and forecasting providing leadership and support to the team and business
-Board pack production
-Involvement with Group IT assisting with making efficiencies, streamlining processes plus involvement in the ERP project
To be considered for this Interim Group Financial Controller, the business requires a strong, qualified and experienced Interim with previous experience as a Financial Controller including experience of Group consolidations and hands on statutory accounting experience. You will need be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced business and be a great role model for the rest of the finance team along with being an excellent communicator who can engage with varied levels and areas of the business.
