Macildowie HR are working with a fantastic market leading business based in Northamptonshire who are looking for an HRBP to join their team and work closely with the sales and customer service arms of the business. The role will report into the Group HR Manager, who is well established with the business, and will pay up to £36,000 + car.
As the HRBP you will work closely with the wider HR team to deliver a consistent and successful HR strategy across the business. You will work in a generalist role covering HR topics such as Employee Relations, Training, Benefit and Reward, Change and Forecasting etc. You will work to build strong relationships with senior managers and heads of across the sales, customer service and retail arms of the business and will partner them on ad hoc projects across the divisions also.
You will be responsible for attending weekly and monthly meetings to understand key issues and projects coming up and work to support from a people perspective to ensure projects and initiatives are both compliant and the implementation runs smoothly. You will work with the HR Advisor team on complex ER cases and will take a lead on issues at dismissal and Tribunal stages. You will also work to develop this team and will be responsible for guiding an HR Advisor through projects. There is also the opportunity to assist on large scale recruitment and selection projects including designing and leading on processes, managing candidate experience and engagement projects through designing attraction strategy.
You will have previous experience working at an HRBP level including supporting a particular business group and leading on both generalist HR duties and bespoke projects etc. You will have a great coaching style and be able to influence and guide managers through projects and processes. You will be a commercial thinker and look to develop the business and its people through change projects and processes etc.
