A Global manufacturer based in Northamptonshire is recruiting a Group Performance Leader to join their manufacturing operation.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will require the incumbent to ensure the daily on time execution of the Production Schedule and complete all reporting on production performance to present to senior management.
More specifically, you will lead daily production meetings incorporating Safety, Engineering, Quality and Maintenance teams to review the daily schedule. You will also work closely with the Maintenance team to coordinate planned activities and ensure that the equipment is prepared prior to the intervention.
You will manage the daily performance summary and make sure that performance KPI's are updated daily. This will provide insight into achievement against plan for the shifts operating on that day.
Other responsibilities will include supporting the problem solving activities relating to safety, quality and KPI performance and be responsible for supporting on continuous improvement initiatives.
To be considered for this role, you will require previous experience in a manufacturing environment within a leadership role, have excellent attention to detail, have strong communication skills and have a keen focus on continuous improvement initiatives with a particular focus on Lean principles.
If you can demonstrate the above, the salary will be in the region of Â£35,000 plus additional benefits.
