I'm not completely sure how to go about writing an advert for this role.
The salary and benefits are brilliant, the reporting manager is engaging, supporting and open to new ideas the company are going through a huge period of exciting change and it genuinely sounds like a great place to work!
I'll start with the company, they are an SME of around 300 staff with a wider global reach. They are growing and expanding and have just had their best year with regards to profit ever! They are flexible and adapting to the new way of working and have a Board who look for engaging people to bring new ideas and forwards thinking initiatives to the table.
The role is completely generalist, I know you have probably heard that before but let me explain…
You will sit on the SLT and build relationships with the key stakeholders who are also your peers being Heads of Departments. You will come to the company with a fresh pair of eyes, give suggestions and implement new process improvements. The company as I mentioned above is going through a huge period of change, you will work with the HRD to help implement that change, ensure everyone is on board, singing the company song and assist with the role out of internal comms and coaching on the new processes as a result of that change. You will liaise internationally with new employees and assist where you can with any queries. Finally, you will assist with all and every project you could possibly imagine.
Now to be successful with your application I am looking for someone who is adaptable, has a contemporary approach, who is happy left to run with initiatives and who can manage a growing team. I am also looking for someone who has operated at a similar level most recently.
