Head of HR
Warrington (2-3 days in Head Office, 2-3 days working from home)

Are you looking for a Head of HR role that will offer you the development into a HR Director position over the next few years?
I am working with a highly creative, engaging and ambitious People Director to source a Head of HR to join them as they reinvent the business operation and become a more progressive and forward thinking people team.
This business is currently re-engineering the customer journey and transitioning to a more customer centric business model. This has launched a huge consultation project across the business as the evolve the content of people's job roles and drive a better service across the whole company. The successful candidate will play a huge part in this project, engaging people in the reason for the change and ensuring the strategy and delivery is executed perfectly.
Following this, this organisation have a healthy headcount across the HR function but aren't yet operating a true Business Partnering model with the rest of stakeholders. The successful candidate will have plentiful experience in this area. Building relationships with senior stakeholders across the business and transitioning the HR team into a well respected, commercial arm of the organisation to help drive performance...as opposed to just showing up when someone is in trouble!
Both of these projects will lead into a wider cultural transformation and you will have the autonomy and responsibility to identify new challenges and opportunities to continue to drive culture at pace!
