Macildowie HR are delighted to be working with a market leading organisation recruiting this Head of HR Shared Service Centre role.
You'll provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure that the shared service offering underpins and supports a seamless HR model.
Key responsibilities will include:
Drive the development and improvement of service levels, process clarity and customer engagement through a programme of change and continuous improvement.
Create a working environment where team members are motivated and fully engaged to drive improvements.
Define and own the HR Shared Service SLA obligations in line with cost, quality and control requirements.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with Business Unit MDs, Directors and senior managers.
Implement KPI reporting for key stakeholders
Embed a culture of best practice customer service and process excellence
To be successful in this role you MUST HAVE extensive leadership experience in a complex fast paced HR shared services environment and a proven track record of delivering complex, large scale change programmes. Ideally educated to degree level and CIPD qualified you will be a high impact individual with have a proven track record of engaging MD level stakeholders.
