An exciting new Internal Communications role is being created in this extremely dynamic organisation to help move on the people strategy in specific regard to employee engagement. Reporting directly into the HR Director, this role is part of the senior leadership team.
The role will be responsible for managing the flow of internal information to employees on following:
* Updating on progress against vision/values/purpose and strategic goals
* Statutory company updates
* Communications from the CEO and other Board members
* Social media feeds
* Starters and leavers communications
* Engagement surveys
* Financial performance
If you have this experience ideally in a business with a mix of white and blue collar workers, then we would be keen to hear from you. The role is new so to an extent can be made your own.
The critical competencies the organisation are looking for are:
* Strong communication skills at a senior level
* Extremely good written communication skills
* A good working knowledge of social media and internal comms technology
