I am currently working with a fantastic organisation, based in Lincolnshire, who are looking to appoint a Legal Services Manager to the business. Established on a strong core values set they are one of the UK's largest third sector organisations, with over 500,000 members based across over 1,000 sites.

The Legal Services Manager is a fantastic opportunity to join the organisation in a key leadership role where you will be able to guide and influence the wider business strategy. As the Legal Services Manager you will lead a team responsible for the delivery of an outstanding legal service across the organisation. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver a robust legal strategy to the business, delivering advice on complex matters relating to risk, governance and legal practices where appropriate. You will be a true practitioner to the business and your team in matters of contracts, commercial agreements, intellectual property and probate law. Keeping abreast of any significant changes to the law and communicating their impact through regular reports to the business will be a key responsibility within this role.

Significant experience in a number of areas of law, not limited to but including; charity law, planning law, contracts and procurement and employment law is essential to the role of Legal Services Manager. Previous experience of budgetary management and reporting at a board level is required. You will be a strong communicator able to influence and guide senior stake holders and mentor your own team to achieve their continuous development.

Legally qualified with substantial post qualification experience is essential.
