Macildowie Marketing are working with a well known financial services organisation in Nottingham to hire an inspiring Head of Marketing to form a part of the Business Development leadership team with responsibility for Product launches (strategy and execution), Communication Collateral to intermediated and direct employer customers, Marketing (including digital, social media and mobile application with a particular focus on member communication and engagement).
It is key that the successful applicant will successfully lead strategic change and work with Sales (both Field and Telephony Channels) to optimise routes to market to increase new business and optimise customer retention by working closely with client support on client communications and partners on member communications.
You will lead product launch strategies and create strong marketing collateral (across all channels and media) and manage and develop the social media strategy. It will also be important to develop and oversee the client and member communication activities to improve customer experience and satisfaction. Other essential objectives will include improving member engagement, delivering mobile member engagement strategies and developing and overseeing both online and offline marketing activities to increase and improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Skills and Experience Required
The successful candidate will ideally have a proven track record of leading successful marketing teams. Specifically, the candidate will have:
*Extensive product launch and communications experience (across all media including digital) at senior level ideally in a regulated financial services environment
*Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing product launch strategy, change management and creating high performing teams
*Exceptional communication skills and experience of managing relationships with senior stakeholders particularly Field Sales and Telephony Channels.
*Demonstrable experience of developing member engagement strategies in a digital environment.
*Ability to display strong judgement and confidence to challenge others when necessary
*Highly organised and able to objectively prioritise own and others work
*Extensive leadership experience in the management and development of staff.
