HR Administrator | Warwickshire | £16,000 - £18,000 | FTC until November 2019/end of 2019
Macildowie HR are working with a reputable employer in the Warwickshire area who are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join their team on a fixed term contract until November 2019/end of 2019.
The client wants someone to start in this role ASAP and is paying between £16,000 - £18,000 for the right person.
You will be brought in predominately to assist in the implementation of a new HR system. You will be amending and sorting the data to be loaded into the new system. This is vital for the client as they want someone with high attention to detail due to the nature of this role. You will need to be able to work at pace but maintain consistency and accuracy in your work.
In addition to this, you will also be providing general HR administration support to the department as and when needed. This will vary on a day to day basis, but will involve working with all members of the HR team to ensure that all projects and work streams are completed.
The Ideal Person
For the Client, having someone who has a high attention to detail is of vital importance. This is due to the nature of inputting data into the new HR system.
You need to have positive can do attitude and be able to prioritise your workload accordingly. Previous HR experience is not essential for this role; they are more concerned with having a strong administrator in place.
