Macildowie HR has a rare opportunity for a HR Administration team leader to join a large and respected organisation in Coventry. The role will look after a team of 4 HR Administrators and will focus on team management, transactional processing of key HR data and will be centred on the whole employee lifecycle. This is a permanent role and is paying £30,000 to £35,000 dependant on experience.
You will be accountable for leading the small HR Administration Team will support with the management of the wider HR Services team through providing a consistent, timely and cost-effective service to internal colleagues.
You will also be responsible for managing the daily activities of the team which will include new colleague contracts and employment checks, and ensuring a balanced workload throughout the team.
Another key part of the role is to ensure that HR service level agreements are achieved across the business whilst providing advice and coaching to upskill and provide continuous development to team members.
The final vital part of the role is to manage the organisations third party suppliers of HR services, to confirm they are meeting organisational standards and hitting KPI standards.
The Ideal Candidate
You will need to be a proven HR team leader or Senior HR Administrator/Assistant who has experience of successfully delivering to SLA's and KPI's at a high transactional volume.
You will also have sound knowledge of HR processes and policies along with a customer focused approach with previous experience of managing a small team being paramount
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast paced changing environment are also absolutely necessary.
