Macildowie HR is working in partnership with a large organisation, based in Warwickshire, currently looking for an HR Administrator to join the small HR team on a temporary basis. This is a true generalist HR administration position starting ASAP.
Temporary - £8 - £10ph - ASAP until April
Reporting into the HR Manager, the main purpose of this role is to support the HR team with contracts of employment, payroll administration, and the maintenance of spreadsheets and reports. The day to day responsibilities will be to manage the administration for the entire lifecycle including recruitment and pre-employment compliance, through to supporting around the on-boarding process and potentially to manage note taking in ER meetings.
This is a great opportunity for someone who hasn't necissarily worked in HR before to get experience within a reputable business as an HR Adminsitrator, gaining exposure to the full generalist position.
- Strong administration experience
- Good Microsoft office and IT knowledge
- Impressive communication skills on the telephone, face-to-face and via email
- Professional and hardworking
- Immediately available until April
