The business are currently looking for a temporary HR Administrator, offering £8.00-£11.00 per hour and hoping to get someone started soon. This role will be based in Loughborough and will have occasional travel to the sister site in Coventry.
The organisation have a busy period coming up hence why they are looking for an HR Administrator to support them for short while. The successful candidate will support the recruitment process by managing the recruitment candidate database and produce contracts and offer letters.
You will also coordinate new starters' induction working with IT, facilities and other areas and help to manage the requests for student work experience including arrangements for accommodation, travel and training.
Other aspects of the role will include administering internal and external training programmes, being involved with the appraisal scheme and managing the holiday requests.
You will be working within a fast paced environment alongside a team of confident and credible HR professionals. There will also be a chance to support the team on their current projects.
The Ideal Candidate
Ideal, being the key word here, they would really love a confident and credible HR Administrator or HR Assistant, someone who understands the processes involved with running a successful HR department, someone who isn't afraid to challenge and ask questions, someone who wants to jump straight in an get involved with a whole host of HR activities.
Other desirables include excellent organisation and communication skills, ability to prioritise and work on own initiative and have experience within HR beforehand.
