Macildowie HR is working in partnership with an exciting, international, leading software business, based in Warwickshire, currently looking for an HR Administrator to join the small HR team on a temporary basis ASAP. This is such a great time to join this impressive software brand, and there is a chance that the role could offer progression and a permanent position in the future.
Temporary, ongoing - £9 - £12ph - Start Date: ASAP
Reporting into the HR Manager, this is so much more than just an administration position. As the business has a small HR team, there are few specialists and so this HR Administrator will get involved with a wide variety of interested projects, training, learning and development, employment and law and payroll. There will be the opportunity to gain exposure to, and experience advising in, disciplinary and grievance meeting.
There will be a lot of autonomy in this role, requiring someone who is a self-starter and very proactive to come and really make a difference in all aspects of HR. The reason for this role is that the business is ever-changing and ever-growing so this is a brand new role that you can make your own.
- On boarding and Off Boarding
- Payroll preparation
- Contract Management
- Employee Support
- Day to day queries and ad-hoc administration
- Information management and report running
- Engagement with managers for lower level support activities
- Absence management
- Maternity/Paternity briefings
- L&D Co-ordination/admin
The HR Administrator needs to come from an HR background and have a good understanding of employment law and HR processes. The most important thing is that this person is a self-starting, proactive and can work on their own initiative. This is such a great opportunity, potentially for a graduate, to get exposure to a true generalist HR role and get involved with some really exciting projects within a fast paced, forward thinking, leading business in Warwickshire.
