Macildowie HR are working with an organisation in Loughborough to bring in an HR Administrator permanently. In this role you will be working closely with the whole HR team to provide efficient and effective service to the organisation. Offering £16,000-£18,500 and fantastic benefits.
Responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from initial development of job descriptions and person specifications, drafting and preparation of adverts through to the management of candidate progression from application to employment.
Will also be the opportunity to have involvement in the more generalist remit of the team by supporting with ER casework in a note taking aspects and HR projects.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and to ensure you're giving candidates the best recruitment experience.
It is vital that you can work at pace, providing full vetting checks in a timely manner.
