Macildowie HR is currently working with a Northamptonshire business in recruiting for a temporary HR Administrator. The role will be for approximately 2-3 months and will be supporting the team as they go through a period of change between 2 sites. The role will be paying up to £9.20 per hour.
The role will supporting the rest of the HR team with a particular focus on the Due Diligence prior to the changes that are being implemented throughout the business. You will need to ensure that the business is adhering to best practice throughout the process so exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy is extremely important. You will also be providing recruitment support to the team, including posting job adverts, screening CV's and general recruitment administration.
You will need to be comfortable to push back and question inaccurate data as this will be passed onto the Legal team and must be correct. You will report to the HR Director but also have additional support from the HR Coordinator on the team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience within a role that focuses a lot around the legal side to HR.
The ideal candidate for the role will have previous experience working in a HR environment so you are able to hit the ground running and provide support from the start. Previous experience around TUPE/Due Diligence and recruitment would be preferable and very advantageous.
