They are looking to bring in an HR Administrator for a period of 6 months to help with the abundance of administration in the department. Offering £8.00-£9.50 per hour and fabulous surroundings.
You will provide the best HR administrative service across a number of different sites including Head Office, working alongside a team of experienced HR Administrators.
You will report in to the HR Admin Manager and ensure that all work in your queue is being handled effectively and within SLA's.
Putting together and sending out contracts and offer letters to new starters will be the majority of the role as well as checking employee references and assist with requests for them.
You will also be involved with administering a number of benefits, such as the healthcare scheme and handling all HR related queries that may arise.
The Ideal Candidate
The organisations are after someone with a minimum of 6 months HR Administration service, although this is not a massive necessity. You must have great communication across all levels and be highly organised.
Experience within a fast paced organisation and used to high volumes will be advantageous as this business moves quickly! If you understand the importance of working within a team and building relationships then this is the role for you as the business are all about team work.
This is a marvellous opportunity for an up and coming HR Administrator! Although the ideal candidate would have experience within a busy environment, it would be a fantastic opening for an HR Graduate to gain experience for 6 months and vibe off a very close knit HR team!
