Macildowie HR is currently working in partnership with a market leading SME based in Warwickshire. This lively and vibrant business is looking for an HR Administrator to join their team due to recent growth. The role is paying around £16,000 to £18,000, reporting in to the HR Manager.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this HR Administrator role, you will gain experience in a wide range of HR and ER activities within a generalist HR position. You'll be working with a team of other HR administrators and advisors to support recruitment in the orgnaisation, send out contracts and offer letters and also writing of the job specifications. There will be a strong focus on processes such as managing administration of long term sick leave as well as making sure that the HR systems are up to date.
This role has real scope for progression internally, but would also be a great source of experience for anyone looking to improve their experience in the HR world to enhance their career.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
The appropriate candidate will have some previous HR experience with the ability to balance a workload across the various HR functions. They should also be able to prioritize key projects and ensure work is completed in a timely manner. Enthusiasm for HR and a willingness to learn is a must!
