Macildowie HR are partnering a well known Derbyshire organisation who are looking for a HR Administrator to join their HR team in their Castle Donington office on an interim basis. This role will be paying between £18,000 - £19,000 dependent on experience.
You will provide a professional administrative service to the HR team. This is a varied and busy role and you will be responsible for recruitment administration as well as generalist HR duties. This includes running the recruitment process, drafting new starter offer and contracts of employment, chasing outstanding documentation for personnel files and updating HR files. The main responsibilities will include supporting with recruitment, sending out offer packs, chasing references and processing DBS. Departmental administration will be part of the role, including dealing with the post, processing invoices and providing administrative support to the HR Department.
The Successful Candidate:
You will have experience working within an administration environment in a HR capacity and a recruitment capacity. You should enjoy a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritise key tasks.
Working at pace and have the ability to communicate and work with volume within a large business
Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills
High level of capability in Microsoft Excel
Recruitment administration experience
