Macildowie HR are working with an instantly recognisable brand in Warwickshire, offering some very niche perks, looking for an HR Administrator to start ASAP. They are looking for a strong Administrator who is excited by the opportunity to get into HR, no HR specific experience is required.
This is a permanent position offering up to £16,000 with fantastic benefits and is based in Warwick.
As the first point of contact you will have high emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills, dealing with the initial contact of all employees before directing to the HR Manager whom you will report into. Your relationship with the members of staff will be key in order to uphold and support around best HR practice.
You will have a broad range of duties, including managing the administration for the full recruitment process where you will send adverts, liaise with potential candidates, book interviews and send out starter packs and contracts.
As well as owning the administration duties, such as monthly reports and letter writing, it will also be your responsibility to oversee the payroll process, managing salaried employees.
This is an opportunity for someone with strong administration experience who wants to get into HR.
