Macildowie HR is currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to work within a well-regarded manufacturing and sales organisation. This is a full time position with a salary between £16,000-£18,000.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working alongside the busy HR team, assisting with general administrative duties including updating databases, spreadsheets and arranging interviews by ensuring rooms are booked and letters are sent
Ensuring all administrative queries are managed effectively, with an ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and suggest improvements in service delivery
Assisting the HR advisory team with various tasks
A breath of knowledge of HR policies and procedures is ideal
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Have experience gained from within an HR team ideally as the administrator
You must evidence strong IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
You will be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills
Great time management
Prioritise and produce quality work under pressure
Have a pro-active and customer-focused attitude
