Offering a salary of £15-£16k this is a truly great role to kick start your HR career or to expand on your administrative skills.
You will be supporting the HR team and the HR Manager in day-to-day operations.
You will have the chance to be involved with and assist in the recruitment process
Complete HR administrative tasks, including updating the HR system, sending the required documents to new hires and ensuring all paperwork is received. Compliance will be 90% of this role to begin with, with the opportunity to expand into others area further down the line.
Process termination notices and ensure correct payment is sent out
Proactively deal with HR queries from employees and deal with them in a timely and efficient manor.
