If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you to get involved with! Macildowie HR is currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to work within a well-regarded manufacturing organisation. This is a full time position and is paying between £16,000-£18,000.
Working alongside the busy HR team, you will be assisting with general administrative duties including updating databases, spreadsheets and arranging interviews by ensuring rooms are booked and letters are sent. You will also be ensuring all administrative queries are managed effectively and internal stakeholders are engaged with query management an ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and suggest improvements in service delivery whilst assisting the HR advisory team with various tasks
The Ideal Candidate
You will have experience gained from within an HR team ideally as the administrator with ability to evidence strong IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and great time management is a must. Prioritising and producing quality work under pressure along side a pro-active and customer-focused attitude is also crucial.
Due to growth in the business, there is a need for an extra HR Administrator to join the team and help the team with their workload.
