Ensuring all administrative queries are managed effectively, with an ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and suggest improvements in service delivery.
You will proactively deal with HR queries from employees and deal with them in a timely and efficient manor, an understanding of how a HR department runs is a benefit but not essential.
The successful candidate will have a passion for HR and enjoy administrative tasks. You should be professional, confident using and improving systems and you should be highly organised.
