You will be supporting the HR Manager in the day-to-day HR operations.
You will be the 1st point of contact for all HR queries for the business. This will mean your role will be varied and diverse.
Semi-regular travel to two their sites, shared with the HR Manager.
Management of the recruitment process from start to finish.
Process termination notices and ensure correct payment is sent out
Proactively deal with HR queries from employees and deal with them in a timely and efficient manor.
The remit of your role will involve covering 3 sites, so some travel and flexibility to travel will be required
Some involvement with payroll would be part of the role of the role, although it is outsourced at the moment
The Ideal candidate:
The successful candidate will have a passion for HR and have a solid grounding in a HR Administrative or Assistant role. You should be professional, confident using and improving systems and you should be highly organised. You need to be willing to travel and ideally have your own transport, however, if you don't please still get in touch about this role.
